The Whys and the Wherefores – Is Simon Shiels receiving true justice? – The Malindi Story unfolds (Malindi Chronicles reloaded).

According to our investigative reporting and information collected, the following facts will give you the hard truth behind all the lies and false reports presented as pertains the case of Simon Shiels killing his wife in Malindi in 2018.

Some of the truths uncovered will shock you and will unveil facts that will leave you speechless.

 People from all walks of life have been used in this case to frustrate Simon and exert cold justice 🥶 without telling the story right.

After conclusive research, investigative reporting and following closely on the case before and after the incident, the following evidence patches will release truths to the world about what is happening behind the scenes.

• It has been establisshed that Mary's cousin, Farida was not with Simon and never saw the accident when it happened as alleged by Mary. 😜😜

And that the only person in the accident scene was the Bajaj driver who was involved in the accident and who was carrying Jecinter Njoki before the accident. 😳😳😳

• We further unearthed that it was alleged that, Simon never told Mary to cooperate and sell the property. But indeed Simon told Mary to collaborate and give his late wife Njoki (“mama UK”) a decent sendoff and possibly have a joint administration of the property. ✅✅✅

• It was further established that Simon never bribed the police investigating the accident. It is evident that indeed Simon was in jail at the stipulated time frame.

After serving the jail time, he was released from jail out after being charged with dangerous driving causing death.

🚔This police report was presented in court after the police visited accident scene severally to verify the ground evidence. 

• According to Mary's Facebook page (Emperess Lummy Dee), it was falsely narrated that Simon bribed his way out of court to get administration grant which goes against the hard truth that Simon indeed got the said administration grant after the case was presented by Senior Counsel Dr John Khaminwa.

During the same hearing, the following were present; Mary, Antony and a “fake father” 😱😱 that Mary had brought from Eldoret to claim that was he indeed the rightful beneficiary through marriage to the late mama UK of the property. 

• Moving forward, during succession case the judge made a landmark ruling on divorce sighting the Mary presented a fake father (Amos Okoth), who was never in the picture for more than 16 years and emerged only after mama UK death.

• With the above evidence patches, it is now apparent that Mary has no respect for government authority like the 👨🏿‍⚖️ Judiciary and 🚔the National Police Service as she accused them of receiving bribe without any evidence, we expect the government authority to come strong and verify the allegations from the inception of the case to the the point where everything went wrong.

• After loosing the succession case, the four previous lawyers quit representing her because they saw the evidence was overwhelmingly favoring Simon and facts were truth it was an unintentional accident which could not fit the murder charge which their client Mary was forcing and that is when they chose Kithi who is also vying for the gubernatorial seat in Kilifi county, who from reliable sources has major corruption cases coming against him. .

For example, On KTN Kivumbi aired live (7:30pm to 11pm) on the 3^rd July 2022, there was a gubernatorial debate for Kilifi County held in Pwani University, Hon. Gideon Mung’aro accused Kithi of the corruption issues. But the answers given by Kithi were very inconclusive 😤😤😤😡.

Their main aim was to corner Simon to murder charges so that he can loose the grant administration from the succession case that he had already won.

• The reason as to why Simon listed many beneficiaries of the properties is because his late wife had the wish/will for him to do so as most of them had been under her care from infancy, being children of two of her sisters who had passed away. At the time, when Simon came on the scene, he joined his soon to be wife in caring for them. They were employed at UK Lounge because they were family and given jobs they wanted. Mary seems to forget she was also employed at UK Lounge at the time as well!!! ✅✅✅

• It has also been ascertained that when Simon tried to gain access to the property allocated to him by the court under the Grant of Administration, he was attacked by a crowd his stepson, Mary’s brother, Anthony Okoth. This does not come as a surprise given his track record 🥷🏿 in that area. Record has it that he had attacked Simon in public in 2018, beats his half-sister Mary and his female partners and he was indeed charged with assaulting a woman in 2021 . Is Mary in her true mindset? Clearly, Mary is not in her true mindset because she is accusing all parties involved in this case that they have all been bribed, that is, The National Police, the Judiciary and even her own close family members from his late mother's side. 

BTW it was the Court decided how the estate was split. This was after Simon made an offer 💵💵 to the stepchildren of the matrimonial home and half of the Guest House in Mtangani. This offer was in value between 9,000,000 and 15,000,000 EACH!!! Yes 9m and 15m each. Such was their greed in wanting everything they didn't even reply!!! What right-minded person turns down an offer like that.

• The extent that Mary would go – If it were possible and given the opportunity, Mary has been heard severally saying that she would drain the Kikuyu blood in her body system to remain with the Luo blood that she thinks comes from whom she believes is her biological father. Very resourceful information from an authentic source has it that her true father is actually a Giriama who is willing and ready to do DNA Paternity Test to prove the same. 👀👀
